We do not persistently retain any health-related information.
Your video sessions and chats are not recorded or stored on Our servers. Files or photos shared during a session pass through Our servers only briefly for technical delivery and are then deleted.
We do not sell or share Your Personal Data.
- For Providers
We collect Personal Data necessary for You to provide services to Your Patients.
We do not store health-related information long-term. Your video sessions and chats are not recorded or stored on Our servers. (Files transferred and captured photos are briefly passed along for technical delivery and then deleted.)
We may use Your Personal Data to market Our (and Our affiliates’) services to You directly or via targeted advertising.
- For Guests
We collect limited Personal Data to provide customer support, analyze how Our site is used, and improve Our products and Services.
If You apply for a job with Us, We collect relevant information regarding Your application.
We do not collect health information from Guests.
We may use Your Personal Data to market Our (and Our affiliates’) services to You directly or via targeted advertising.

1. The Roles: Definitions
- Patient: An individual who receives healthcare or other professional services from a Provider using CertifyMed’s Site or Services.
- Provider: A user (e.g., a healthcare professional or other licensed professional) who provides services to Patients using CertifyMed.
- Guest: An individual who visits Our Site or interacts with CertifyMed’s customer support, marketing, or other resources but who is not using CertifyMed as a registered Provider or a Patient in a session.
2. Personal Data We Collect
A. For Patients- Minimal Information: We may collect limited identifying information (e.g., your name or a unique session ID) to help connect You with Your Provider.
- Session Data: Video calls, chats, and audio sessions are not recorded or stored on Our servers. Files or photos shared during a session pass through Our servers briefly but are then deleted.
- Usage Data: We may collect basic site usage analytics (like your device type or browser) to ensure connectivity and troubleshoot technical issues.
B. For Providers- Account Data: This may include Your name, email address, practice or business information, and payment details (if applicable).
- Session Data: Neither chats nor video sessions are recorded or stored on Our servers. Files and photos shared during sessions are transitory.
- Marketing & Analytics: We may use certain Personal Data (like Your email) for direct communications, including marketing of Our services or those of Our affiliates.
C. For Guests- Contact Information: If You contact Us or sign up for Our newsletters, We may collect Your name and email address.
- Job Application Information: If You apply for a job, We may collect details like Your résumé or cover letter.
- Analytics: We collect information about how You interact with Our Site (e.g., the pages You visit, the features You use) to improve performance and user experience.

C. For Guests- Site Improvement: To analyze usage and enhance Our Site or Services.
- Customer Support: To respond to inquiries.
- Marketing: We may send You information about Our Services or those of Our affiliates. You can opt out of certain marketing communications.
